Fastpay Casino cash-out rules
What happens to what you win
Fastpay Casino treats spin winnings as bonus money until the wagering is met, then as yours.
Full credit on one slot
Only the named slot counts in full: Jammin' Jars spins clear the 32x wagering, while most other games count less or not at all.
The wagering window
Winnings from the 74 welcome spins must be wagered within 58 days; the spins themselves expire after 14 days, and the no-deposit spins leave 3 days.
32x against 40x
Wagering sits at 32x on the deposit and bonus for the welcome spins, but the 10 spins on Sweet Bonanza carry 40x on the winnings alone.
Fastpay Casino verification
Before your first cashout of spin winnings, Fastpay Casino needs a photo ID, proof of address and a card image, and the check usually takes 3 hours.
You are moving up a level
Your level decides the monthly spin pack
Level 1 starts you at 25 spins and each step doubles your share, up to 250 spins every month at level 4.

What each spin batch is worth
Each row multiplies spins by spin value for a nominal figure, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then the wagering on that win. Treat all of it as an estimate.
No deposit spins
10 × NZ$0,10 = NZ$1,00 → About NZ$0,97 (RTP 96.6%) → NZ$0,97 × 40x = NZ$38,80 · Cap NZ$75
None of these routes asks for a big deposit, and several ask for nothing at all.

Spins gone or never there? Start here
A bet over the cap. A single bet above NZ$9 on the welcome spins can void the winnings you were building; check your game history and take the lower stake from then on.
Unclaimed rather than lost. Spins wait in the bonus section of your account rather than on the slot itself, so look there and activate the offer before you open the game.
Check if you already claimed. The 10 FASTFRESH10 spins are one per person and household, so a second account will not show them; ask support to check the claim on yours.
Open the named slot. Fastpay Casino credits spins to the slot of the offer only, so opening Sweet Bonanza when the spins sit on Jammin' Jars shows nothing; switch to the named game.
Your stake hides them. Spins run at their fixed value, so a changed stake makes them invisible; set the bet back to the value of the offer and reload the slot.
Fastpay Casino support ticket. If nothing works, message support with the offer code and the time you saw the problem; live chat is open 24 hours a day, and email goes to [email protected].
The day matters more than the amount, so a small deposit on the right day beats a large one on the wrong day.

Read these before you spin
You will know which conditions apply to your spins before you claim them.
trustDo I need a deposit to get free spins here?+
Yes, for spins that carry no wagering. The 20 profile spins on True Grit Redemption and the 25 verification spins on The Wild Chase carry a wager of 0, but both sit inside an account you have already verified. Every nodeposit route, such as FASTFRESH10, still asks for a first deposit.
trustWhere do I claim the no deposit spins and the welcome spins?+
In the same cashier, but in a set order. Take the FAstFRESH10 code first on Sweet Bonanza, then make the deposit that unlocks CROWNGOLDFIRST on Jammin' Jars. Claiming one does not cancel the other, as long as each code is entered before its own deposit.
trustWhat if the licence is not from New Zealand?+
Fastpay Casino N.V. holds licence OGL/2015/4484/637 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, company number 625203. No New Zealand licence is claimed, so local dispute schemes do not cover your play. Complaints go to the Curaçao regulator instead.
trustWhy can I not use my spins on another slot?+
Each batch of spins is tied to one named slot, and the bet is fixed at the spin value. CROWNGOLDFIRST runs on Jammin' Jars at NZ$0.10, and FASTFRESH10 runs on Sweet Bonanza at NZ$0.10. Changing the game voids the credit.
trustDo I need to verify or install the app for extra spins?+
Three small batches sit behind those actions. Five spins on John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen come with the app, 20 spins on True Grit Redemption with a completed profile and 25 spins on The Wild Chase with passed verification. None of them needs a fresh deposit.
trustWhere do the winnings from spins end up?+
They land in your bonus balance and stay bonus money until you clear the wagering. FASTFRESH10 winnings carry 40x on the winnings and cash out up to NZ$78. That cap sits on the withdrawal side, so plan around it before you play.
Most spins go missing because the wrong slot was opened or the code was never entered.
Which offer fits you?
Pick one offer and note its code, its slot and its minimum deposit, since a welcome code and a no-deposit code cannot be used on the same terms.
Before the deposit, not after
Enter the code in the bonus field before you deposit or open the slot, because a code typed afterwards attaches to nothing.
The named slot only
Open the named slot from the offer and leave the stake at the fixed value, as spins placed elsewhere or at another stake stay locked.
Why did the balance vanish?
Play the winnings as bonus money until the wagering clears, keeping each bet inside the cap so oversized bets do not void the balance.
Keeping the session on your terms
Spins are a gift you can leave unplayed, and nothing about them asks for more money. Set a deposit limit, a loss limit or a session reminder before you start, and step away with self-exclusion when play stops feeling like a choice. The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all take calls from players who want to talk it through.
Deposit limit. A cap on what you can pay in over a set period, so the balance never grows beyond your plan.
Session time reminders. A message at the interval you choose, telling you how long you have been at the reels.
Self-exclusion. A block on your account for a period you pick, with no way to undo it early from your side.
